I am an Assistant Professor at IMT (Lucca, Italy) within the SysMA Research Unit. My research is devoded to formalize and design programming abstractions for reliable distributed systems.

Before joing IMT I was a Researcher at FBK (Trento, Italy) within the SOA Unit

I received my PhD in Computer Science from both University of Grenoble and University of Bologna, under the supervision of both Jean-Bernard Stefani and Davide Sangiorgi. Since 2008 I was member of the SARDES Project at INRIA Rhône Alpes in Grenoble.

I received my Master Degree in Computer Science from University of Bologna, under the supervision of Davide Sangiorgi and Ivan Lanese.

I received my Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from University of Bologna, under the supervision of Alberto Montresor.
